We at Just Rugs strive to maintain a high level of customer service. Therefore we ensure to check all rugs before they leave us. If for whatever reason your rug is damaged or not in the condition described, we will happily provide you with a refund, store credit or exchange. The rug must be returned to us in its original condition within 3 days of you receiving the goods at the buyers expense. However, we do not accept refunds on change of mind. We will happily offer an exchange or store credit, again once the goods have been returned to us in its original condition. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We provide free delivery for most Australian orders on our rug range. Shipping is free for all deliveries to all metropolitan areas (except WA, NT and Tasmania) and regional centres throughout Australia. Unfortunately if you live in a fairly remote or isolated place we will need to pass on a delivery fee. Please contact us at sales@justrugs.net.au with your delivery address if you are unsure so we can let you know if a delivery fee will apply and what amount it will be.
We use various delivery companies and methods depending on the destination and size/weight of your purchase. Our aim is to despatch your order within 72 hours of receipt of payment. We will send you an email to let you know your delivery is on its way. Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 days of the order being placed, unless you are in a fairly remote area. All deliveries can be tracked and traced so please contact us if you have not received your delivery in this timeframe so we can chase it up.
